Alice Percy Strauss, LSHC, CYT, CATY, CRI is the founder and director of the Yogatsu® Institute for Conscious Living and Healing Studies in California. Her extensive background consists of yoga history, yoga therapy and psychology, Asian Bodywork, energy frequencies, symptom origination, spiritual development, meditation and Buddhist philosophy. She’s published two books, Yogatsu 101: Introduction to Energy Psychology and Spiritual Rehabilitation, and Self-Help Yoga. She is a master acupressure, Shiatsu, and reflexology instructor, and created SOLEyoga. Currently she is the Conscious Leadership consultant at Scripps Hospital in San Diego. In this interview Alice will discuss her techniques of psycho-spiritual therapy, and presents a unique opportunity to explore her subtle body methods of unearthing unconscious thought patterns.
