Bio

Nicole Lindauer is a Somatic Yoga Educator certified through the Novato Institute for Somatic Research and Training. She is also a Trauma-Informed Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Certified Breathwork Facilitator, and Usui Reiki Master.

Diagnosed with multiple Autoimmune conditions, a chronic pain condition, and C-PTSD, she is no stranger to feeling dis-ease within her own human experience and has found powerful connection through somatic healing.

She supports her clients in moving through physical and emotional obstacles with evidence based mind body practices. Her passion lies in holding space and empowering people who are curious about the healing potential of somatic and yogic practices.

She works virtually and in person in the Reno-Tahoe area and select dates in The City of Los Angeles. She also collaborates with The Center Foundation which is a 501c3 nonprofit organization in the Reno-Tahoe area that provides accessible self care programs for teachers, nurses, and other nonprofits in the community.
