Bio

Michael Boothby is a certified and insured Conscious Breathwork Practitioner trained in Rebirthing Breathwork under Jacques Theron. He completed an intensive training in Bali followed by a year-long certification process in 2024. His work is grounded in the understanding that the breath creates space to feel, soften, and return to wholeness.

In his private practice, Michael supports clients in gently regulating their nervous systems, releasing suppressed emotions and old trauma, and becoming aware of patterns of conditioning that no longer serve them. He creates a safe, intentional container for embodied self-awareness and integration, and works with those moving through life transitions, burnout, grief, or identity shifts, as well as creatives and sensitive beings seeking to reconnect with intuition, inspiration, and inner agency.

Having personally navigated anxiety, depression, and childhood trauma, Michael brings lived experience alongside professional training. His own healing journey through breathwork and plant medicine informs a grounded, empowering approach that supports lasting change without disempowering diagnoses or labels.
