Bio

My path into energy work and detoxification unfolded naturally through my own healing journey. Along the way, I came to understand how closely the energetic and physical planes are related, and how lasting change often begins when both are addressed together. This work deepened my appreciation for an individual's innate capacity for balance and renewal, and I feel grateful to now support others with care, attentiveness, and respect for their individual journey.

I completed training in shamanic energy work at the School of Shamanic Artistry and later spent time in Peru learning with Q’ero shamans, where I received sacred shamanic initiation rites. I also trained as a detoxification specialist through the Center of Awakened Health and the International School of the Healing Arts. These experiences inform a thoughtful, grounded approach to working with clients.
