One of the ways EMPA supports our members is by staying informed about policy, regulatory and legal matters that affect our industry, and you as professional energy and holistic practitioners.
Questions – and debates – about government regulation of energy healing professionals have been going on for years. There are many different opinions among industry leaders, training institutions, and practitioners. And there are many different approaches being discussed among interest groups in our industry, and at the level of state authorities.
We want you to know of a thoughtful and informed discussion of these matters. One that [our sister organization] EMPA has chosen to sponsor so that you can attend for free and not pay the $39 participant fee.
“Navigating the Future of Energy Healing: Policy & Practice Insights,” is being hosted by the Consciousness and Healing Initiative (CHI). CHI’s Energy Healing Practitioner Council and Certification and Licensing Working Group have been working diligently to create an event that is intended to provide education and awareness on issues that affect the energy healing practitioner community.
CHI has brought together a panel of people who have been exploring these topics and considering them from an industry-wide perspective for more than a year. We all benefit from understanding the trends and ideas being raised. And EMPA encourages all of you as professionals of high standing to consider these questions from both your personal perspective and that of our industry as a whole.
Participating in this and other discussions will help you to develop well-informed positions on matters that affect the future of how energy practitioners function in the future, and an opportunity to share your perspective.
EMPA does not hold an official position on the topics being discussed, and does not necessarily endorse or agree with the opinions of individual speakers or of the CHI working group. However, we do believe that this is an important forum looking at important issues for the future of our industry, and that we want you, our members, to be able to engage.
